1. Client Inquiry & Site Visit

 

Creative Innovations’ initial consultation includes a “real discussion” and evaluation of your needs and project scope.

We carefully assess your project scope and advise on scope, budget, resources and/or location.

After our initial discussion, we schedule a meeting at your property or project location. Your project's design and a "ball park" estimate of construction fees are discussed.

2. Plan & Design

To start our design process we conduct a site survey and base plan.  We may visit your property again to confirm measurements, grades, and elevations.   We research any regulations, zoning, by-laws, conservation, and more to ensure our design suits your wishes and needs.

3. Scope of Work & Final Estimate

Once the design is approved, Creative Innovations prepares an itemized final construction estimate with detailed scope of work. 

Creative Innovations will initiate the permit application on your behalf. Permit drawings will need to be made, and all construction details such as plants, materials, equipment and scheduling will be decided.

4. Landscaping & Construction

Final production includes an initial onsite project meeting with our project manager.  Creative Innovations values a good communication process, ensuring that all involved feel comfortable with the status of the project at any given point in the timeline.

5. The "Reveal" & Follow-up

Known for our excellence in client service, Creative Innovations presents the site to each client for the final "reveal." Once the project is completed and revealed we follow up post project to check in on any further needs.
